Mount Carmel senior AJ Ries scored five touchdowns and gained 234 yards to lead the Caravan to a 49-15 win over Curie in the Prep Bowl at Gately Stadium on Friday.

Reis opened the scoring with a four-yard touchdown and then ripped off touchdown runs of 60 yards in the second quarter, 83 and 33 yards in the third quarter and 23 yards in the fourth quarter.

The win game Mount Carmel (10-3) its 14th Prep Bowl title. Curie (11-3) lost to Loyola in the Prep Bowl last season.
